VALENTIN KOVATCHEV attends his annual appointment with ALMONEDA to present a selection of previously undisplayed works in oil, engraving, drawings and portraits.
The oil paintings feature extraordinary works like “Pandora´s Secret”, “The Lady with the Pearl” and “Falcon´s Eye I and II”, some of which were inspired by his recent trip and exhibition in Doha (Qatar), with the unique beauty of its deserts, the fascinating stories told by old pearl divers and their futuristic projections within a cultural context as seen through the falcon´s eye.
